Hall Rental

The Sparrowbush Engine Company rents the hall and pole barns. The hall is air conditioned and can hold 180 persons.

The price to rent the hall or pole barn is $500 including a $50 non-refundable deposit, plus a $50 refundable clean up deposit due at signing the agreement. The cleanup deposit will be returned only after the event and the hall is cleaned to the satisfactory of the membership and back to the way it was found prior to event.  Balance of the rent must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event date. Proof of liability insurance is required if alcohol will be served during the event. No tape, thumbtacks, Etc is allowed on our walls, windows, trophy cabinet, ceiling, Etc. There is a tack board border along the ceiling available for hanging items. 

Any organizations looking to hold meetings, fundraising and special events are asked to contact the hall manager for event pricing. 

The hall/pavilion is unavailable for rental the Thursday, Friday and Saturday prior to the Monthly Breakfast, the day prior and day of a Department Fundraiser,  it is also not available the day of the Port Jervis Parade in July, and the day before and day of our Fire Prevention Open House in October
